Frequently Asked Questions

About Petite Dogs

What do you mean by "petite dogs"?

We focus on dogs under about 12 pounds, the toy and small breeds whose size shapes their gear, care, and everyday routines. Our breed collections include Pomeranians, Yorkies, Maltese, Toy Poodles, Miniature Dachshunds, Biewer Terriers, Brussels Griffons, and more.

Who are Chompers and Pippa?

They're the little dogs who inspired Petite Dogs. You can read more on Our Story.

Products and orders

How are your products made?

Most of our gifts, including mugs, tumblers, tees, totes, phone cases, ornaments, and feeding mats, are printed to order through our production partner. Your item is made after you order it, which reduces waste and lets us offer designs for many breeds.

How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?

Because items are made to order, they need production time before they ship. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. If you need an item by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.

What if there's a problem with my order?

Please contact us with your order number. If your item arrives damaged or with a printing problem, include a photo so we can look into it quickly.

Do you offer a design for my dog's breed?

We're adding breeds over time. If you don't see yours, tell us. Requests help us decide what to design next.

Care and tips

Is the information in your care articles veterinary advice?

No. Our Care and Tips articles are general information for people who love small dogs. Every dog is different, so please talk with your veterinarian about your own dog's health.
